• Academic Data: Your KCSE subject grades and aggregate points.
• Transaction Data: Your M-Pesa phone number and Paystack reference code.
• Career Interests: Your responses to the career assessment quiz.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for the following purposes:

• To calculate your Weighted Cluster Points (WCP).
• To verify your payment of Ksh 200 via Paystack.
• To generate and deliver your personalized PDF report.

3. Data Retention & Security

We do not maintain a permanent database of individual student identities linked to grades. Temporary session files used to generate your report are stored securely and purged regularly. We use CSRF tokens and server-side verification to protect your interaction with our site.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Your phone number is shared with Paystack solely to facilitate the M-Pesa STK Push payment. Paystack is a PCI-compliant payment processor.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to know how your data is being used. By using this portal, you consent to the processing of your data for the sole purpose of educational career guidance.
